There are many coffee producing regions in the country. Colombia is proficient in producing an abundance of truly delicious and sought after coffee.

Excelso coffee beans are large, but slightly smaller than Supremo coffee beans. Excelso coffee beans are a screen size of 15-16, versus Supremo beans which are sized on screen 17. Colombian coffee is graded before shipment according to bean size. It is possible that Supremo and Excelso coffee beans are harvested from the same tree, but they are sorted by it's size. Ethiopian coffee is the most popular of the African coffees and it is commonly recognized as the birthplace of coffee. Even today most of the Ethiopian coffee plantations are largely comprised of heirloom varietals. When correctly processed the cup qualities on these heirloom Ethiopian coffees are among the most exotic and extraordinary coffees in the world of coffee.
The coffee farm utilizes shade (acacia and other indigenous trees) to protect the coffee plants. This coffee is organically grown using natural composts and other organic fertilizers. The coffee is hand-picked, fully washed, and sun-dried on raised African drying beds. A highly regarded organically grown, exotic coffee. The washed processing provides an exceptionally clean tasting cup, with a bright citrus acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. Centred in the village of Ana Sora, part of the famous coffee region Guji, the Ana Sora washing station is well-known for its fantastic coffees. Brazil is a well-known coffee producing giant. They source around one-third of the world's coffee, making them the largest coffee producer in the globe! Of course, most of this is lower grade Arabica. However, this country is capable of producing specialty coffees.
This particular type is a standard specialty quality coffee. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry. Since the coffees are dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the coffee’s cup profile will be heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex. The 17/18 screen size has a more consistent flavour without the pungent fruit notes that can turn up in smaller screen sized beans, which is an indication of varying bean maturity. This type carries three quality classifications

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer and has many distinct regions that yield excellent cup characteristics. The fact that Brazils are full bodied, neutral in flavor and exhibit almost no acidity happens to make them the perfect base for Espresso blends or as a single origin for anyone preferring less acidity in their coffee. This Brazil Santos coffee bean has consistency in quality, good strength and dependability in flavor that provides a nice base line for Wheelin Pete’s Espresso Blend.
Santos is the name of Brazil’s largest coffee seaport located in the state of Sao Paulo. Most of the coffee beans exported through Santos is actually grown in the state Sao Paulo and the neighboring state of Minas Gerais. These two states produce the majority of Brazil’s coffee beans.Santos coffees are cured and processed by what we call the natural method. The harvested cherries are dried on huge patios the size of football fields and are then milled to export specifications.-

Although the amount of arabica produced in Vietnam is not as large as that of robusta, it still plays a certain role in Vietnamese coffee industry in particular and agriculture in general.
Areas of plantation of Vietnam arabica.Currently, Vietnam’s arabica area is estimated to be in around 40,000 hectares, accounting for 6.5 percent of the area under coffee crop. According to Thanh, a manager in the ministry’s crops department, one of the development strategies for Vietnam’s arabica is to remain stable at this crop area until 2030. In addition, Vietnam also projects to replace robusta with arabica where there are suitable conditions of climate and soil, told by the chairman of Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association (VICOFA). It is said that Vietnam has an extremely huge potential of expanding arabica cultivation area in the North thanks to suitable geographic and climate conditions.-

Coming from a farm located between two looming volcanoes the coffee has become a perfect example of how a farm can become more than a source of delicious coffee. The farm has on site schooling and implements impressive sustainable practices for coffee processing. Is there any more of a versatile coffee that a good Guatemalan coffee? This coffee is great at almost any roast level, it works with almost any brewing style, including cold brews, French presses, espressos, americanas, cappuccinos, and lattes. If you prefer a piquant cup go with a medium roast or lighter. Many coffee drinkers prefer their Guatemalan coffees at a Full City Roast or darker where the chocolate/spice tones come to the front in a much more vibrant way.

Description-
A very nice, vibrant lot. Papua New Guinea Sigri A is back by popular request. This year the quality is high and we are glad to have it back for the fan base that it built. Reminiscent of the better Jamaica Blue Mountain offerings, this year's coffee seems particularly striking with its ethereal hickory notes; a unique but not over-the-top flavor profile.
The Sigri plantation, situated in the Wahgi Valley, in the Western Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea, was established in the 1950s and rapidly gained a reputation that has continued to grow with Sigri being internationally recognized as producing a gourmet coffee equal to the world's best for more than 20 years. All plantings are exclusively Arabica, concentrating on the Typica varieties which originate from seed introduced to Papua New Guinea from Jamaica Blue Mountain Typica rootstock. The farm sits at 5000 feet above sea level, with the main crop harvested from May to July. All growing and processing practices follow a system which has been throughly proven over many years, and insists on the highest standards and quality at every stage.
Sigri coffee undergoes a rigorous wet factory process. Quality control begins in the field; coffee cherry is hand-picked and carefully checked for uniformity; it must be red and fully ripe which allows for the correct balance of sugar and acid within the cherry. This selected cherry is then pulped on the day of picking. The fermentation process stretches through a period of three days, broken every 24 hours by washing. Unlike other washed processed coffees, however, Sigri's process follows this by a total immersion in water for a further day, which creates a unique flavor profile.

Coexprocafe is located in North-West Antioquia with around 100 dedicated members producing coffees at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters above sea level. Around 70% is harvested during the main crop between October and January and 30% during the so called “Mitaca” – Colombia’s fly crop in between April and June. This cooperative is situated in a very secluded region far from any big town, which went through very violent and difficult years during the 1990s. Many families had to abandon their land to save their lives and keep their children away from the hands of the drug smuggling Farc guerrilla. Around 2003-2005 they returned and continued their historical coffee growing tradition, allowing for production in the region to recover and living conditions to improve substantially.

The Sigri Plantation is well known for the consistent quality they produce since many decades. With its silky and smooth character, the floral finish and the clean structure it provides everything you expect from an excellent coffee.
The Sigri Plantation is a 128 ha area located in the Waghi Valley of Jiwaka Province, close to Banz town. The first coffee plants were planted by Tom Cole, a coffee planter and crocodile hunter in the 1950's.
The climate and the volcanic soil are perfect conditions for growing and producing high quality coffee. The coffee is dried for 10-14 days in the sun to desired moisture levels. Conditioning and dry processing happens with strict quality control system all through from farming to dispatch stages.

Brazil has been dominating the coffee market for 150 years now. As the largest coffee producer in the world, Brazil produces about one third of the world's total production. Cerrado Minero is a region in the state of Minas Gerais, which is situated in the southeast of the country. The production in this region is high thanks to the relatively flat landscape and ideal climatic conditions. The coffee is known for its intense aroma and its nutty and slightly sweet cup profile.
Brazil Cerrado Coffee Beans: the highest grade of the famous Brazilian beans, lively and inviting with a smooth, sweet taste. Beans from the Cerrado region have cupped better than those from the Santos region. Cerrado is a huge region in Brazil, meaning "savanna", or central plateau. Coffee grown in this region is cultivated at an altitude of 200-500 meters above sea level--quite a bit lower than our Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) Central American Coffees. Because Cerrado is a softer bean, some roasters think it shouldn't be roasted overly dark. Other Roasters thinks Cerrado should be roasted dark, but watch out for scorching. Dark roasting brings out an exceptional nutty flavor and enhances the body of the coffee. Our Cerrado is a traditionally natural dry processed coffee.

Cup profile: Will be heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex
Description-
Brazil is a well known coffee producing giant. They source around one-third of the world’s coffee, making them the largest coffee producer in the globe! Of course, most of this is lower grade Arabica. However, this country is capable of producing specialty coffees. This particular type is a standard specialty quality coffee. Itt is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry. Since the coffees are dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the coffee’s cup profile will be heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex. The 17/18 screen size has a more consistent flavor without the pungent fruit notes that can turn up in smaller screen sized beans, which is an indication of varying bean maturity. This type carries three quality classifications:

Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee
beans into roasted coffee products. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic
flavour of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to change in taste.
Roasted beans smell like coffee, and weigh less because the moisture has been roasted out. They are crunchy to the bite, ready to be ground and brewed.
